I tried to put an objective approach between the two visions in the renaissance and its question.

the basic vision is related to what Malik ben Nabi suggested in terms of the renaissance.

he was a pioneer in the Arab and Islamic environment in analyzing the phenomena through a philosophical vision and modern methodological tools, through which he concluded to the concept of cultural output.

the second vision belongs to Jassim sultan through the ten laws of the renaissance that he developed as practical strategies in the modern countries.

the study concluded that there is a correlation between the visions; Malik bin Nabi set theories in social change, and Jassim sultan benefited from the theories of ben Nabi, presenting operational and functional strategies named "laws of renaissance".
