Abstract EN

Aim : the current research aims to compare the biomechanical variables affecting the performance of the preparatory stage for some skills of the third group on the parallel apparatus in gymnastics (moy-tablet-behavzer).

procedures : the research sample consisted of (1) the Egyptian gymnastics team player in sporting club, he performed 4 attempts for each skill and the best one was chosen to perform the two-dimensional analysis using maxtraq 2d to analysis of ten moments of the preliminary stage to extract some biomechanical variables that affect these stages and compare them.

results : the results of the study indicate : there is a similarity in some of the kinematic variables in the initial situation of the three skills, with some differences in these variables during the player’s descent, and the body shape differs during the lower swing between the skills, and the force exerted from the wrist joint varies to match the force exerted.

to complete the main part, the amount of movement varies between the three skills during the preliminary stage, and the researchers recommend using these biochemical values and benefiting from them for the trainers, as well as designing specific training programs for these skills based on the results of this study and the need to take advantage of the kinetic analysis programs in the field of training.
