Abstract EN

The current study aims to determine the effect of electronic management on the performance of sports organizations in the Kurdistan region.

the descriptive analytical approach was used in the research, which is concerned with identifying the study variables and analyzing data using statistical methods and methods to achieve the study's objectives.

sports institutions, clubs, and training facilities in Iraq's Kurdistan region.

due to the difficulty of conducting a comprehensive inventory of all members of the study community, the study employed a sample random sampling method via the study tool, which took the form of an electronic questionnaire.

the total number of study sample members who completed the questionnaire form was 384.

the study yielded several conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of a high level of electronic management application in sports institutions from the perspective of study sample members working in institutions, sports clubs, and training centers in the Kurdistan region of Iraq as well as the presence of a high level of advantages of applying action management in sports institutions from the perspective of the study sample members, the presence of an average level of obstacles to the implementation of electronic management in sports institutions from the study sample members' perspective, the presence of a high level of performance of sports institutions from the respective of the study sample members, the presence of a positive direct correlation with statistical significance between the variable of the level of application of electronic management and the variable of the level of performance of sports institutions.
