This study deals with the issue of the political and legal dimensions of the concept of climate justice, in terms of analyzing the political and legal implications of the concept of climate justice, and the backgrounds associated with this concept as a demand discourse, based on human rights and principles of international law such as equality and equity, in bearing the burdens and costs of confronting the threats of global warming among the Nordic countries.
