The current research aimed to put forward a proposed paradigm for parental education in light of digital age with its innovations and challenges.

the research made use of the descriptive method, and it came out with a suggested vision based on four dimensions these are : raising parents awareness of the importance of parental monitoring for protecting their sons and daughters from the innovations of the digital age, the importance of having dialogues and continuous discussions with their kids about what they watch on the internet, guiding parents in how to help their children to take decisions while being the internet, and following up their sons activities on the internet and social media websites.

the mechanics of excuting the suggested vision was represented in conducting training sessions'' on line'' and ''off line'', aiming at raising parents awareness of how to deal with the challenges they face.

these training sessions aim also to raise parents awareness of parental monitoring programs as an independent solution, this is one of the internet safety packages that prevents inappropriate content and provides a kind of follow up to kids activities on the internet.
