Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of school management in creating learning motivations in schools in the Negev region from the point of view of their principals and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was based on the analytical descriptive curriculum, and was relied on a scale of (20) paragraphs, where a random sample was selected component from (50) managers and managers, the statistical analysis of the data was carried out using the social packages program (SPSS), the Kronbach Alpha equation and the test (t) of two independent samples, in addition to the standard averages and deviations of the resolution paragraphs, and showed the results the study that the role of the school administration in creating the motivation of learning in schools in the Negev region from the point of view of their principals was great ،the results of the study showed that the role of school management in creating learning motivation in schools in the Negev region from the point of view of their principals was significant, and also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the role of school management in creating learning motivation in Negev schools from the point of view of their managers according to variables (sex, years of experience, scientific qualification) and the most important recommendations were the continuation of the survey of parents' opinions on the achievement of their children in order to increase the opportunities of student motivation to learn, increased cooperation between the director and the supervisor helps increase students' motivation to learn.
