Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the role of artificial intelligence techniques in improving the quality of services provided to students at the university of Jordan from their point of view.

descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (410) male and female students.

the results of the study concluded that employing artificial intelligence techniques at the university of Jordan from the point of view of her students, it came with a moderate degree, as well as the quality of the services provided to her students was of a moderate degree, and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(α ≤ 0.05) in the quality of services provided to students due to the variable of sex and the academic program, as well as the existence of relevant differences statistical significance attributed to the variable of the academic degree in favor of the higher diploma and masters.

the results showed that there is a statistically significant role at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) for the fields of artificial intelligence in improving the quality of student services at the university of Jordan.
