Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of innovative leadership among Arabic teachers in the Southern Mazar district from their point of view.

the study sample consisted of (150) male and female teachers who were randomly selected, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the validity of the study tool was verified through the content validity test.

and that was by presenting it to a number of arbitrators, numbering (10) of the arbitrators with experience and competence, and the internal consistency stability coefficient was extracted through the use of Cronbach's alpha equation, whose coefficients ranged between (0.917-0.937), and these coefficients are acceptable for the purposes of the study.

the results indicated that the level of innovative leadership among Arabic teachers in the Southern Mazar district was at an average level, and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members about the practice of innovative leadership due to the variables of gender, academic qualification and years of experience.
