Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the degree of transformational leadership practice among school principals in the Negev educational area and its relationship to effective decision-making from the point of view of teachers and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was based on the descriptive analytical curriculum, and was based on a scale of (38) paragraphs divided into two axes where a random sample of (223) teachers was selected, selected in a random way, and statistical analysis of the data was carried out using the social package program (SPSS) and the use of Pearson test to denote the relationship and the Kronbach alpha equation in addition to the averages and standard deviations of the questionnaire paragraphs, the results of the study showed that the degree of transformational leadership practice among school principals in the Negev educational area from the point of view of teachers was moderate it was also found that the degree of effectiveness of decision-making among the principals of schools in the Negev educational region from the point of view of teachers was moderate, and the results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between the practice of the principals of schools in the Negev educational region for transformative leadership and the effectiveness of decision-making, the most important recommendations were to encourage school principals to delegate teachers in the decision-making process and enable them to practice this leadership skill, holding training courses and vocational development programs for managers to raise the level of their practice of transformative leadership.
