The summary aimed at the study defines the training needs of the principals of public schools in the province of Jerash from the point of view of the principals, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was used to suit the nature of this study, where a questionnaire distributed to a sample formed from (135) principals and directors of public schools in the province of Jerash was used, and the results of the study showed that the training needs of the principals of public schools in the province of Jerash from the point of view of the sample of the study in general came to a high degree, there were also no statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05 ≥ α) between the average estimates of the study sample members in the degree of training needs of the principals of public schools in Jerash province attributable to both the sex variable and the years of service, but there were statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05 ≥ α) among the average estimates of the study sample members in the degree of training needs of government school principals in Jerash province attributable to the qualification variable.
