Abstract EN

The current study endeavors to understand the defendant's behavior and the different roles it assumes and which constitute grounds for criminal tendency, and thereby assisting the potential defendant and crime-fighting structures to prevent crimes or contain its effects if it took place.

Furthermore, the study sheds light on criminal responsibility of the defendant and the plaintiff's acquiescence.

All in all, the study reveals a relation between the plaintiff's acquiescence and the defendant's criminal responsibility which prompt the necessity of reducing sentence, and such light sentence is possible via the legislation or via the judge's discretion.
