Abstract EN

The title of this thesis is (the objectives of the [Islamic] legislation in the judicial system according to the Hanbalee school of thought based on the book ar-Rawd al-murbi’) collected and returning it to its original basis .

it is clear from the title that the thesis is objective based and is specific to the Hanbalee school of thought.

it’s also clear that it does not cover all the chapters of jurisprudence rather it covers a specific but important chapter of it which is the judicial system.

it was also not meant in this thesis to cover every issue in the judicial system in the Hanbalee school of thought rather it is based on the specific but important book ar-Rawd al-Murbi’ by its author Mansoor bin Yoonus al-Bahootee may Allah shower his mercy upon him.
