Through the researcher's observation and his work in the field of media and his concerns with people with special needs, he found that many of these disabled children have made tangible progress in achieving international sports championships and have been able to show unlimited creative energies in various artistic and creative fields to dazzle society with their abilities and capabilities that challenge disability.

Through social networking sites (Facebook and YouTube) to express themselves, their capabilities, capabilities and needs to local and global communities.

Therefore, the researcher found that it is necessary to know the role of social networking sites (Facebook and YouTube) as a new interactive media to satisfy the needs and desires of these children who are challenged with disabilities, in order to learn about the most important pros and cons of the contents and contents that they are exposed to when using this medium new media.

And from here the problem of the study sterms from this main question: what is the extent of children with disabilities 'use of social networking sites and the benefits achieved from them.

This study was based on the methodology of the Media Survey in the field sample, on an intentional sample of 70 respondents from parents of children with disabilities who represent several disabilities, including autism, Down Syndrome, and other mental disabilities, ranging in age from (12to18) years of females and males, which were conducted.

The application of the study to them as a sample for this small community of disability challengers who challenge their disability in various different means, methods and modern technologies in light of the state's interest in them in the recent period through presidential forums and conferences that unveil this new group with all its different disabilities, which has become an inspiration for the community.
