This study aims to shed light on the extent of the contribution of business incubators in developing the entrepreneurial spirit, Considering the great importance of entrepreneurship at present, and its contribution in achieving economic development, as the study was conducted on a group of project owners at the level of the Annaba Business Incubator, Which concluded that the incubator under study actually contributes to the activation of entrepreneurial spirit among entrepreneurs but to different degrees, Some of them believe that the incubator has contributed to the rise of entrepreneurship in them, while others believe that it has contributed to providing services of various kinds
