e are assured that terminology, however distinct it may be in the intellectual and literary arena, is an effective tool in the growth and development of science, and disparate sciences are not accurately understood without the correct understanding of these terms, and contributing factors to the formulation of the term: derivation, measurement and translation.

Under this orientation, the term remains, however valuable it may be, as "the public spirit, the system of ideas and the rules of law prevailing in society" is expressed.

In our view, it is the social spirit that shapes its identity, and it is linked to this social existence by which ideas are embraced and regulations and laws are established that ensure the safety of the society's functioning according to a predetermined framework of terms
