Reading skill is the first thing that the learner depends on in forming his linguistic faculty, especially in the primary stage.

It is the tool by which thought rises to high horizons and acquires knowledge and all knowledge, and what is desired through the topic of this research paper is that we find it among the topics that have been given great attention by groups.

There are different researchers in great fields of knowledge, because the thing that occupied their minds is controlling the mechanisms of teaching texts prescribed in primary education programs, and enhancing the learner's abilities in communication and developing the linguistic and cognitive balance and reading comprehension of texts.

Our topic has crystallized as a result of a problem that arises frequently in the educational arena, namely: How do primary school students acquire the skill of reading? Aiming through it to find ways to improve this skill among learners.
