(Controls - Residence - Minorities - Legitimate) Through the research, the concept of Islamic minorities, their or- igins and the reasons for their support will be explained, then the rule of residence in non-lslamic countries will be clarified, and residence regulations will be mentioned.

The most important results of the research were the following: (l) What is meant by the Muslim minority: a group of Muslims who live under the authority of a non-Muslim State in the midsq of a non-Muslim majority, that is, they live in a society where Islam is not the dominant religion, or the dominant culture, and therefore Islam does not have positive influences that help pros- Ideals and principles.

(2) The need to support Muslim minorities to improve the image of Islam.

(3) The differed regarding the ruling on a Muslim resid- ing in non-lslamic countries, and that it is more likely that resi- dency in non-Muslim countries is permissible, under conditions and controls.

(4) That the to reside in non-Muslim countries has eight controls.

(5) That a Muslim is to be proud of the Islamic religion, with the costs it brings, and that he is the highest with the values, ideas and approaches he carries, and with the behavior he per- forms in accordance with the true Sharia.

(6) The basic principle in a relationship with non-Muslims is peace.

As for war, it is an emergency that ceases to exist with the disappearance of its causes.

The most important recommendations were: (l) Muslims should invest their presence in the homes of non-Muslims in the call to God' by correcting concepts about Islam, with thought and behavior, and by all available and pos- Sible ways.

(2) To invest any occasion in providing an Islamic solution to the problems of the people in various aspects, according to the intellectual balance and cultural Stock of every Muslim, in order to establish an argument against them, and to discharge the re- sponsibility for reporting the invitation.

(3) To work tirelessly, above all, on the unity of the Islamic class, and to reject dispersal and dispersal, because of this power and appearance' and out of the shadow to the battlefield of life, and to prove the Muslim presence there, and thus obtain many rights.
