Abstract EN

The world is witnessing health pandemics namely Covid 19 to which the most powerful states could not find a vaccine.

In regard to its nature and the speed of its spread all over the world and in the ence of knowledge about the time it will take to disappear as other previous epidemics, many countries, including Algeria, set a number of preventive rigorous measures to stop its spread.

The adopted measures affected contractual relations in general and the obligations of contracting parties, particularly in the domain of procurement contracts.

As the execution of these contracts is bound to fixed time limits, some legal consequences are liable to lead to the expiry of rights, the claim of compensation, the application of penalties and the expiry of rights, the claim of compensation, the application of and the termination of many contracts.
