يؤدي التدليك الاستشفائي إلى رفع القدرات البدنية والوظيفية للرياضي، حيث يعمل على خفض معدل النبض و ضغط الدم و يسرع عملية الاستشفاء، و هذا ماتوصلنا إليه من خلال دراستنا هذه، التي أجريت على لاعبي كرة القدم أقل من 17 سنة، باستخدام المنهج التجريبي، و اعتماد مجموعة من الاختبارات الفيسيولوجية كاختبار روفي لقياس قدرة الاسترجاع، و اختبار PWC170 لقياس الكفاءة البدنية، إضافة إلى بعض القياسات الوظيفية كقياس نبض القلب و الضغط الدموي.

Abstract EN
The healing massage raises the physical and functional abilities of the athlete, since it reduces the pulse rate and blood pressure, and speeds up the recovery process.
This is what we come up with through our study, which was conducted on footballers under 17 years old using the experimental method and adopting a set of physiological tests such as Roffey test to measure the recovery capacity and PWC 170 test to measure the physical efficiency, in addition to some functional measurements such as heartbeat measurement and blood pressure.
