Summary: The study aims to know the reality of professional clubs in the administrative and financial management of the Saoura youth team.

For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach in a survey method on a sample of 25 players and 10 administrators.

We chose the sample deliberately, and to collect data we used a questionnaire directed to players and a questionnaire directed to administrators, and after data collection and processing Statistically, it was concluded that good administrative and financial management played a role in the success of clubs in the first professional league
