The problem of climate change is one of the most important global issues that today have become a concern for the international community, especially because of its grave risks and future repercussions in the short and long term, affecting human life and violating many of its fundamental rights; such as the right to health, the right to a healthy environment, the right to nutrition, the right to security, and even the right to life.

through the above, the current research aimed to test the relationship between the practice of a professional intervention program in the social group work and the development of students' awareness of climate change, as a main objective in addition to some sub objectives, which are to test the relationship between the practice of a professional intervention program in the social group work and the development of the cognitive side of students about climate change test the relationship between the practice of a professional intervention program in the social group work and develop the emotional side of students with climate change, test the relationship between the practice of a professional intervention program in the social group work and develop the behavioral side of students with climate change and the study found the validity of the main assumption that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the practice of a professional intervention program in the social group work and the development of students' awareness of climate change.
