This paper deals with the movement of Muhammad Ibn Masarra al Kortobi through the book "al-Muqtabis" written by Ibn Hayyan al Andalusi, and the movement "al Masrya" is classified amid the doctrinal and intellectual movements that appeared mainly in Andalusia (3-4 h / 8-9 ac).

also, the impact of this movement was great among people, as his ideas met with different interactions from east to west, due to its beliefs and opinions, as a mixture of sectarian beliefs like Sufism, Mutazila (isolationists) and Shiah, with some philosophical principles.

hence, Ibn Hayyan conveyed to us this propagation in details with all the facts of its context, mainly the standpoint of the Umayyad caliphate Abd al-Rahman an-Nâsir, who was the pyramid of the political power in Andalusia, with his elimination efforts after realizing the seriousness of disregarding the same.
