شكلت الأوضاع الصحية لمدينة المنيعة نقطة اهتمام السلطات الاستعمارية الفرنسية، وذلك من أجل خلق وسط ملائم لاستقرار المستوطنين من جهة ومن جهة أخرى جلب المستثمرين، ومن هنا حتم عليهم الوضع دراسة المجتمع دراسة شاملة من الناحية التاريخية، ومن الناحية الأنتروبولوجية، ومن الناحية الجغرافية، حتى يتمكنوا من إيجاد حلول للمشاكل الصحية التي كانت تعيشها المدينة من فترة إلى أخرى، خاصة الأمور المتعلقة بالأمراض المعدية، فأوفدت العديد من اللجان الطبية لدراسة الوضع ومن تم إتباع سياسة صحية تقوم على خطة وقائية ملزمة لكل سكان مدينة المنيعة، وهذا ما نريد دراسته من خلال هذه الدراسة.
Abstract EN
The health situations of the city el-Menia have been the focus of the French colonial authorities.
in order to create an appropriate environment for settlers' stability on the one hand and on the other hand to attract investors, hence, they had to study society in a comprehensive way, historically.
s health problems from time to time, especially matters related to infectious diseases, many medical committees have been sent to study the situation and those who have followed a health policy based on a binding preventive plan for all inhabitants of the city el-Menia, which we want to study through this study.
