Abstract EN

The study aimed to highlight the content of the Israeli national law and its impact on the Arab character in the interior regions, where the researcher used the historical method that describes the events that preceded the issuance of this law and the features of these events that led to the Knesset’s approval.

the researcher used the descriptive analytical and legal approach, the first being the most appropriate approach to the subject of the research, and the second in order to obtain an analysis of the legal texts related to the subject of the research, and the study reached several results, including: a long series of formulations and attempts that started in 1011 and continued in 2015 but failed until it reached the law of 2018.

the study also made several recommendations, including: the necessity for the Arab minority inside, whether Arab parties or the popular framework, to boycott Israel from all political, economic and social aspects.
