Enter this article come to talk about the historical writing in our country in term of its development pothouse and outcome, and the constraints facing it, under trends of parties calling for the necessity of taking care of the history in our country, promoting historical writing and setting up an outstanding and authentic historical school, so as not to leave our history at the mercy foreign pens might with events, distort its fact and use it to strike our country’s unity and its symbols .since history is an important factor in the formation and maintenance of identity and efforts are style in place for a serious historical school, we have wanted to participate with this article to shed .light on the Algerian historians efforts to found a national historical school alongside with ways to launch it, conditions for its survival and its influence.
