The importance of the presence of the female component in the scouting movement's programs is an enhancement of its prominent role in societies, which reflects an actual and realistic application of the values of citizenship in society.

hence, the research aimed to identify the role of Saudi women in spreading the scout movement and promoting the values of citizenship in accordance with vision 2030.

relying on the social survey approach for the pioneering women in the scout movement in Tabuk governorate, through the application of the study tools, the results of the study showed that the most important role of Saudi women in spreading the scout movement and promoting a culture of citizenship in accordance with vision 2030 is to spread the spirit of volunteering among those around him in the work environment, and to exploit social relations in emphasizing the importance of volunteering in scouting movements attending conferences related to the values of community citizenship, and being familiar with all societal laws, and the difficulties that hinder the role of Saudi women in spreading the scout movement : the society's vision in the inability of women to spread the culture of the scout movement and life pressures reduce the chances of my participation in the scouting movement, as were the most important proposals to overcome the difficulties facing the role of women in spreading the scouting movement and promoting the values of citizenship, guiding society about the importance of the role of women to spread the culture of the scouting movement and volunteering in it-directing laws on the obligation of society to promote the values of citizenship in the culture of volunteerism and participation between men and women.
