Arabic Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين دور الوالدين في تعزيز فرط استخدام المراهقين للألعاب الإلكترونية وبين متغيرات البحث (عدد الأبناء المراهقين في الأسرة وبين المستوى التعليمي للزوج عدد الأبناء في الأسرة المستوى التعليمي للزوج والزوجة متوسط دخل الأسرة).

والفروق في دور الوالدين في تعزيز فرط استخدام المراهقين للألعاب الإلكترونية و بين متغيرات البحث (عدد الأفراد في الأسرة-المستوى التعليمي للزوج والزوجة-متوسط دخل الأسرة) و قد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و تكونت العينة من (٢٥٠) أسرة من محافظة القاهرة ممن لديهم أبناء من المراهقين من (١٢-١٨) عام يستخدمون الألعاب الإلكترونية على الأجهزة الذكية فوق 30 : 5 ساعات يوميا، و قد استخدمت الباحثة استبيان "دور الوالدين في تعزيز فرط استخدام المراهقين للألعاب الإلكترونية.

و قد أسفرت أهم النتائج عن : وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين دور الوالدين في تعزيز فرط استخدام المراهقين للألعاب الإلكترونية و بين متغيرات البحث (عدد الأفراد في الأسرة المستوى التعليمي للزوج و الزوجة-متوسط دخل الأسرة)، و علاقة غير ارتباطية بين متغيرات (عدد أفراد الأسرة).

و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور الوالدين في تعزيز فرط استخدام المراهقين للألعاب الإلكترونية و بين متغيرات البحث السابق ذكرها، لصالح عدد الأفراد الأقل، و المستوى التعليمي الأعلى للوالدين، و متوسط الدخل الأعلى للأسرة، و الأم العاملة.

و كان من أهم التوصيات : مراقبة الوالدين للوقت الذي يقضيه المراهقين للعب بالألعاب الإلكترونية و تشجيع المراهقين على القراءة و ممارسة هويات أخرى كالرياضة.

English Abstract

This research aims to reveal the correlation between the role of parents in promoting adolescents’ excessive use of electronic games and the research variables (the number of adolescent children in the family and the educational level of the husband, the number of children in the family-the educational level of the husband and wife-the average family income-the mother’s work).

and the differences in the role of parents in promoting adolescents' excessive use of electronic games and the research variables (the number of individuals in the family-the educational level of the husband and wife-the average family income-the mother's work).

the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the sample consisted of (250) families from Cairo governorate of different educational and economic levels who had children of adolescents (12-18) years old who used electronic games on smart devices above 5:30 hours per day, to obtain the results of the research, the researcher used a questionnaire “the role of parents in promoting adolescents’ excessive use of electronic games” (prepared by the researcher), and it was prepared according to the theoretical framework of the research and in the light of the procedural definition the most important results resulted in : -there is a positive correlation between the role of parents in promoting adolescents' excessive use of electronic games and the research variables (the educational level of the husband and wife-the average family income) and a non-correlated relationship between the variables (mother's work, number of family members).

and there are statistically significant differences between the role of parents in promoting adolescents' excessive use of electronic games and the variables of the previous research in favor of the lower number of individuals, the higher educational level of the parents, the higher average income of the family, and the working mother.

among the most important recommendations were : parents’ monitoring of the time that adolescents spend playing electronic games and encouraging adolescents to read and practice other identities such as sports and other fruitful activities, and parents’ interest in providing the time necessary for their children to participate in them.
