Abstract EN

Towards "Simple justice" and "Efficient justice" in Egyptian legal system, is one of the goals of this research.

As its main role of the judge convection, preparing civil and commercial cases is considered an essential stage in the field of judicial procedure.

By the analytic method, we reached that law number 63-1933 in Egypt is considered– in my opinion- as one of the best laws for preparing civil and commercial cases, so we recommend to adopt the procedural system of preparing cases of the law number 63 for the year 1933, as it is very simplified and efficient.

For the purposes of simplifying procedure, and the depth understanding of the economic disputes, it is recommended to empower the judicial circuit of the economic courts (as a charge of one of its members) the role of preparing the economic cases.

In my opinion, the role of preparation and mediation authority of the economic courts in the field of the amiable settlement of economic disputes without case, is considered as an essential and successful step of the Egyptian legislator towards amiable justice.

In the end of this study and also for the purposes of simplifying administrative justice, we see that the existence of the judgment review circuit of the Estate council is sufficient in the field of preparation before the administrative high court, so the role of the delegated authority of the Estate council-in my point of view- is considered as a kind of complication of the administrative procedure.
