تعد الخبرة القضائية من أهم الوسائل التي يعول عليها رجال التحقيق في استخلاص الدليل، و للخبرة القضائية أهمية كبيرة من الناحية القانونية لما لها من دور كبير في إثبات الجريمة و يزداد دور الخبرة في الجرائم الجنائية التي يوجد فيها وقائع فنية بحتة تخرج في جوهرها عن الوقائع القانونية و بصيرة القاضي حينئذ يكون من الضروري اللجوء إلى الخبرة و خاصة في ضوء الجرائم المعلوماتية و التي منها جريمة التزوير المعلوماتي، و يرجع هذا للطبيعة التقنية و العلمية التي تتمتع بها هذه الجرائم.
Abstract EN
Judicial expertise is one of the most important means on which investigators rely in extracting evidence, and judicial expertise is of great importance from a legal point of view because of its great role in proving the crime.
Then it will be necessary to resort to expertise, especially in light of information crimes, including the crime of information forgery, and this is due to the technical and scientific nature of these crimes.
