this operation was authorized by us president George w.

bush to overthrow the rule of president Manuel Antonio Noriega in the republic of panama.

the operation was carried out after the united states of America had several reasons and justifications, through which the CIA agents proved that its former secret agent, president Noriega, had become a threat to American interests in panama and the canal region and behind its national security.

therefore, it had to report this threat to the bush administration, who did not hesitate to use his powers in order to give his forces permission to overthrow Noriega and his regime.

he is not concerned with the repercussions of this operation and its effects on the united states of America regionally and internationally because he had previously attended his administration through the ministry of foreign affairs to avoid these repercussions.
