The health and psychology of this human resource, who has become suffering from anxiety, tension and frustration within his workplace, and in order to adapt, the work environment in our contemporary organizations has undergone changes and developments at various levels that would push the human resource in these organizations to work in a way that guarantees the survival of and its continuity within and in them.

In light of what the world is witnessing in terms of growth and cognitive development, the human resource found itself forced to keep pace with these changes in order to improve the level of performance of its job, which resulted in negative effects on the overall pressures that the individual suffers from.

It was necessary to know the sources of pressures that the human resource is exposed to.
