Abstract EN

The study aims at highlighting aspects of the work representations of the cleaners regarding the working conditions (physical, organizational, psychological and social).

To achieve this, the use of the descriptive method was based on the following observations and interviews as a tool to collect data from a random sample of (30) individual cleaners from the municipality of Sétif.

After conducting the field study, it was concluded that the majority of the cleaners had negative social representations towards their work conditions, which have negative effects on their physical and psychological health.
