Distance education constitutes the most important topic of the day, especially in light of the challenges of the information age, as it is considered a mass education commensurate with the nature of the needs of society and its members, their aspirations and the development of their profession.

Hence, we decided that our research should address the issue of distance education in the university institution and its importance in light of the challenges of the technical revolution, as we try to show the importance of this type of education in our contemporary time in light of the competitive movement that characterizes various educational institutions.
