شهدت الجزائر تضاعفا لمعدل البطالة التي أهلك عاتق الاقتصاد الجزائري، فبين سنتي 1989 و2000 تضاعفت معدلات البطالة و بلغت أكثر من 22 %، و حسب ONS فقد عرف هذا المعدل انخفاضا وصل إلى 10% سنة 2020، و لكن يبقى مشكل عدم توفر مناصب الشغل مطروحا خاصية أمام تعثر السياسات و الأنظمة التي اتبعها الدولة.
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الاتجاهات الديمغرافية و أثرها على فئة السكان في سن العمل و عدد طالبي العمل الجدد.
Abstract EN
The unemployment rate in Algeria almost doubled between 1989 and 2000; it remains higher by 22%.
According to the ONS this rate reached 10% in 2020 despite this drop it remains very high, especially in the face of the failure of policies of employment adopted by the State.
This research aims to shed light on the impact of demographic trends on the future of the working-age population and first-time job seekers.

Le taux de chômage en Algérie a presque doublé entre 1989 et 2000, il reste supérieur de 22 %.
selon l'ONS ce taux a touche les 10% en 2020 malgré cette baisse il reste très important, surtout face à l'échec des politiques d'emploi adopté par l'État.
Cette recherche vise à mettre la lumière sur l'impacte de la tendance démographique sur la population en âge de travailler et les primo-demandeur de l'emploi.
