يروم هذا البحث التركيز على دراسة موضوع يندرج ضمن الأولويات و الإشكاليات القديمة الراهنة، التي تتعلق بدور و أهمية المياه في تنظيم المجال و المجتمع قديما، و ذلك بغيت الإسهام بإيجاد أجوبة من مضامين تاريخية، و بتشخيص لأسباب الأزمات و الخصومات و حالة و وضعية الموارد المائية في جزء هام من مناطق الجزائر و هو واحات قصبة بسكرة بشكل موضوعي و دقيق، و ذلك عبر جمع المعطيات المائية، و استنتاج تحليلات باستخدام أطر منهجية للوقوف على حالة المجتمع الواحاتي المرتبطة حياته بالمياه.
Abstract EN
This research focuses on the study of a topic that is part of the renewed priorities and problems of the past concerning the role and importance of water in the organization of the ancient sphere and society.
it has contributed by providing answers from historical contents, by diagnosing the causes of crises and rivalries, and the situation and situation of water resources in an important part of the region of Algeria, which is the province Qaṣabat Biskra oases.
