The theme of the study deals with the growing separatism of the European society that grew up in Algeria, which was later known as pieds noirs and how France's naturalization of Jews was an opportunity for him to highlight his opposition to Paris policy and express himself to achieve independence in the conduct of the country's affairs, it was a heterogeneous endemic human entity and an ethnic component of a mixture of races, which was renewed with the influx of migration, especially during the reign of the third republic, since the second generation, settlers have been mixing and mating among themselves as a kind of ethnic mixing, and this entity has been expressing its existence by refusing to compete in the rights of French citizenship obtained by the Jewish, causing violent unrest in the late 19 th century, known as the anti-Jewish crisis ; which was in fact a lost revolution in which the settlers showed a desire to secede from France without full independence, so Algeria’s financial independence, budgeting and the Algerian economy came into the hands of settlers to satisfy them to curb separatism.
