Abstract EN

This research paper aims to show the position of the national agency for investment development in influencing the behavior of investors in order to make their investment decisions, and to highlight the role it plays in exiting the dependency sector as well as encouraging local production in order to reduce imports while striving to achieve self-sufficiency for citizens, in addition to its importance in creating permanent jobs and reduce unemployment.

in this research paper, it was also discussed the conceptual framework for investment and its targeting method, and the importance of the national investment development agency in managing the fiscal incentives granted to encourage the productive sectors in Algeria, were discussed, using the deductive approach with a description and analysis tool for the theoretical side.

we also used the inductive approach in the practical aspect through the study of the vale Asia company in the Wilaya of Chlef by highlighting the tax amounts that the company (the investor) benefited from in the form of tax exemptions, whether during the project completion stage or the exploitation stage.
