The crime has seriously developed in our days, with extreme daily rates.

it grows with technology in all fields, particularly in the field of communications.

aiming to succeed in their crimes, many criminals have resorted to using means of communication that help in preparing the pre-crime and its after math by means of hiding and blurring the crime prints and escaping from justice.

in order to fight against serious crimes, there is a multiplicity of stability for individuals as well as for societies.

it undertook the intervention of the legislator to provide the judicial police and to put in their modern means of research and investigation, such as the interception of correspondence made by means of telecommunications, to put in place technical devices capture, broadcast and recording of voice calls, and the search for and arrest of perpetrators.
