The traditional call for the principle of separation of powers has become declining, especially since most countries have become based on the presence of a parliamentary majority that supports and forms the executive body, as the legislative function is fused with the executive and the government together, and the Algerian constitutional founder followed the same approach as he assigned the executive authority to the president of the republic with broad powers and competencies with the government emanating from the parliamentary majority, this majority may vary from presidential to parliamentary, as the relationship between the president of the republic representing the executive authority with parliament witnessed a strong tendency in the interest of the president the republic, either by giving him tools and means to influence parliament.

these means are used by him directly, or others are exploited for his own benefit, all without giving parliament any tools and means counter to those granted to the president of the republic.
