Abstract EN

This research, by addressing the recent experience of Algerian public banks in adopting participatory financial window products, aims to know the practical reality of the application of these financial products that comply with Islamic law in accordance with the banking reforms of 2018-2020.

the importance of our research lies in the attempt to present an analytical reading of the participatory banking operations of Algerian conventional banks as an experiment with the partial shift to Islamic banking, in which we have followed the descriptive and analytical approach.

it was concluded that the openness of Algerian banks to Islamic banking based on the entrance to participatory windows will have many positive effects on the banking finance market in particular, and on the Algerian economy in general.
