Abstract EN

This study aims to know the effect of establishing a strategic vigilance system in planning by the scenario in al-Nafatal corporation of Bechar in Algeria.

a descriptive approach is used in this study and a questionnaire is given to a random sample of (50) partipants, which was filled out and received with the answers.

the most important results of this study: there is statistically significant effect in the dimensions of establishing the strategic vigilance system which is (competitive, technological) by the scenario planning.

the study recommended the need to move from the traditional planning to the new planning which is based on future extrapolation and we must deal with it flexibly.

this can be done by the planning of the scenario.

it is recommended also the need of assistance of experts when preparing to plan, increase the spending allocated to it, and involve the cadres of the institution.
