Abstract EN

The research aims to reveal the occurring of Islamic intertextuality in the poem of the “ascending sacrificed” by Mufdi Zakaria, relying on the descriptive approach which is based on analysis and induction in spotting and analyzing the places of intertextuality.

Mufdi Zakaria used intertextuality in order to allow interpretation, the aim of which is to uncover the hidden meanings behind the symbolic words, projecting them on the present, and charging them with psychological states of love for the homeland, and adherence to belief.
