The landing of the allied troops in Algeria was a new start for the national movement activity through giving common demands included in the February 10th, 1943 statement, this coincide the de Gaulle installation in Algeria where he took the power by creating the French committee for the national liberation.

general de Gaulle set a manipulation against the national movement’s demands by declaring outdated procedures after the speech of Constantine on December 12th, 1943 where he promised the Algerians with a set of reforms which were applied by giving an order on march 07th, 1944 although they were not real solutions for the Algerian issue.

de Gaulle gave a solution to the Algerian issue in a colonial shape expressing his attachment to Algeria by refusing any kind of separation or independence of France favorite colony.
