Recently, economic decision-makers in Algeria have tended to work on creating a new economic model away from rent.

consequently, investment and support for emerging institutions has become one of the main priorities due to their great importance in developing the national economy.

the aim of this study is to shed light on the legal system for startups in Algeria, after the listing of the simple joint-stock company, as this new legal form is a more flexible and appropriate form for startups under law n° 22-09
