To address the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, in particular the legal form of their enterprises, the Algerian legislature, by Act No.

22-09 of 05/05/2022, amending and supplementing the Commercial Code, introduced a new pattern of business companies: the "simple shareholding company", which is intended to describe the special legal provisions governing them.

The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which: The Simple Joint Stock Company is established exclusively by companies that have the "startup" subject to the provisions of the Joint Stock Company, unless it contravenes the special provisions governed by articles 715 bis 133 to 715 bis 143 of Act No.

22-09, amended and supplemented by the Algerian Commercial Code.
