Abstract EN

The illegal speculation crimes and monopolistic commercial practices negatively affect to the market system and its stability, and on consumer rights and the national economy.

Therefore, it was necessary for the Algerian legislator to intervene by consecrating legal and other institutional mechanisms to criminalize the forms of these illegal commercial practices, which was actually functional by adopting of strict criminal penalties and complementary administrative measures for the offenders of these crimes, this is in order to deter and limit them.
