The international responsibility on the basis of risks included very specific areas, represented in the field of nuclear energy exploitation, the field of exploitation of outer space and the field of oil pollution of the marine environment and that these areas have an equivalent in terms of damage what it causes at the international level, and in the last field there is the issue of international responsibility on the basis of the risks related to water pollution and the environment in Canada, it has been addressed in this article, and through which the responses of countries and international bodies to find solutions to preserve and protect marine environmental wealth from pollution.
