Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the reality of the financing of the pension system in Algeria and its financial balance: we examined the sources of financing on the one hand and the social transfers on the other hand, while delineating the variables controlling these sources and transfers and their impact on financial equilibrium.

in analyzing the financial situation of the national pension fund, we discussed the impact of economic and demographic trends on the financial balance of the pension system and the fund's contribution to the resolution of the financial imbalance and the maintaining the sustainability of the pension system
