هدفت الدراسة لاختبار أهم العوامل المؤثرة على سياسة توزيع الأرباح لعينة مكونة من 10 مؤسسات مدرجة في مؤشر داو جونز 30 خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2012 إلى 2021.
وتمت الدراسة بالاعتماد على بيانات البائل ذات بعدين أين تم تقدير النماذج الثلاث (Pooled, Fixed and Random) وإجراء الاختبارات اللازمة لاستخراج النموذج الأكثر ملائمة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ثلاث متغيرات مفسرة لها دلالة إحصائية؛ حيث توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين كل من الرفع المالي وربحية المؤسسة مع نسبة توزيع الأرباح بينما كانت العلاقة طردية بين السيولة ونسبة توزيع الأرباح.
في حين لم تكن العلاقة ذات معنوية بين فرص النمو وحجم المؤسسة مع نسبة توزيع الأرباح.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to test the main factors influencing dividend policy of a sample of 10 companies listed in the Dow jones 30 index during the period from 2013 to 2021.
the study was conducted based on the two-dimensional panel data, ie the three models were estimated and the necessary tests were conducted to extract the model the most suitable using appropriate estimation methods.
the study found that there are three explanatory variables that are statistically significant; where we found a negative relationship between the financial leverage and the profitability of the company with the dividend distribution ratio, while the relationship was positive between liquidity and the dividend distribution ratio.
while there was no significant relationship between growth opportunities and the size of the company with the percentage of profit distribution.
