the subsidized promotional formula is one of the most important housing formulas dedicated to this category, which is being supported in different ways.

however, the real-state projects have witnessed cosiderable delay, which pushed the legislator to find new mechanisms to activate the procedure of subsidizations.

the legislator reorganized the various stages of implementation of the subsidized promotional housing project, so that he relied on new criteria for selecting real estate promoters and giving them greater motivation by involving them in the real estate project.

he also focused the project financing process at the level of the national housing fund in order to secure the purchasers’ payments and ensure the continuity of financing
